By accessing and using BotsAndChill ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

BotsAndChill is a cryptocurrency trading automation platform that allows users to:

• Connect to cryptocurrency exchanges via API
• Create and configure automated trading bots
• Execute Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) strategies
• Monitor trading performance and analytics
• Manage trading portfolios and risk parameters

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Ensuring the accuracy of your exchange API configurations
• Monitoring your trading bots and activities
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
• Keeping your API keys secure and revoking access when necessary

4. Trading Risks and Disclaimers

• Market volatility can result in significant financial losses
• Automated trading systems may experience technical failures
• API connectivity issues may affect trade execution
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes
• BotsAndChill is not liable for any trading losses incurred

5. API Key Usage and Permissions

When you connect your exchange account to our Service:

• You grant us permission to execute trades on your behalf
• We only request trading permissions (no withdrawal access)
• API keys are encrypted and stored securely
• You can revoke access at any time through your exchange
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your exchange account

Security Notice: Never share your API keys with anyone. BotsAndChill will never ask for your API keys via email or unsolicited communications.

6. Fees and Payments

Free Plan

• No monthly subscription fees
• 10% profit share on profitable trades
• Limited to 1 active trading bot
• Standard support

Pro Plan

• $20 per month subscription fee
• 0% profit share - you keep all profits
• Up to 5 concurrent trading bots
• Priority support and advanced features

All fees are subject to change with 30 days prior notice. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BotsAndChill and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or publicly perform any part of the Service without prior written consent from BotsAndChill.

8. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of your trading data, bot configurations, and account information. However, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze this data to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Execute your trading strategies
• Generate analytics and reports
• Ensure platform security and compliance

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include:

• Market manipulation or wash trading
• Using the Service for money laundering or illegal activities
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or compromise system security
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our source code
• Violating exchange terms of service or API usage policies
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse our service

10. Service Availability and Downtime

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical issues or system failures
• Exchange API downtime or limitations
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We are not liable for losses incurred due to service unavailability. Always monitor your trading positions and have appropriate risk management strategies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BotsAndChill operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on our Service prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
