How do I connect my Binance account?
Head to Settings → Exchange, enter your Binance API & Secret, and hit Save. Keys are encrypted in transit and at rest.
What is the difference between Free and Pro plans?
Free: share 10% of profits, run 1 active bot. Pro: $20/month, 0% profit share, up to 5 bots, priority support, and advanced analytics.
Is my money safe with BotsAndChill?
Yes! Funds never leave your exchange. We use restricted API permissions to trade on your behalf without withdrawal access.
How do I create a trading bot?
Navigate to the Dashboard, click "Create Bot", select a trading pair, choose your strategy (DCA, Grid, etc.), set your parameters, and launch. It takes less than 2 minutes.
Can I run multiple bots simultaneously?
Free plan allows 1 active bot. Pro plan supports up to 5 concurrent bots across different trading pairs and strategies.
How does profit sharing work?
On the Free plan, we automatically calculate 10% of profitable trades and deduct it from your account balance. Pro users keep 100% of their profits with no sharing.
What exchanges are supported?
We currently support Binance and Coinbase with more exchanges coming soon. All connections use secure API integrations with trading-only permissions.
How do I monitor my bot performance?
The Dashboard provides real-time P&L tracking, active deals, trade history, and performance analytics. You can also set up notifications for important events.
